No. GymFlow is a desktop application that runs entirely on your own computer, and every daily operation — checking members in, registering new members, taking payments, printing receipts and viewing reports — works with no connection at all. Your database is stored locally and backed up locally. The only feature that touches the internet is sending a WhatsApp reminder, because that opens WhatsApp itself.
Yes — fully. The entire interface is bilingual Arabic and English, and Arabic is a genuine right-to-left layout: menus, tables, forms, charts and printed receipts all mirror correctly, with Arabic number and date formatting. You can switch language at any time from Settings, and printed receipts follow whichever language you are using.
Yes. GymFlow imports members from an Excel or CSV file. You map your columns to the right fields, match your old plan names to your new plans, and review a preview that flags errors and duplicate phone numbers before anything is saved. Existing expiry dates are taken from your sheet exactly as they are, so a member who is already expired stays expired.
